I don't really give a shite about playing the entire conference.

I want the rivalries showcased and a schedule that facilitates getting 2 SEC teams into the playoff.

That's fair if you don't care about playing the entire conference regularly. I'd like that, but people can disagree on it.

What I think you're missing is the traditional rivalries piece. The pod system would preserve those well. The rivalries would be showcased.

That's the catch in this thread....a certain poster from LSU is complaining about c-d rivalries because they don't have any.
