Sorry, but every time I read this thread title I get a headache.
"Could 2013 possibly be one of our Top 5 best teams?"
So many ways to phrase this in a way that wouldn't have made this appear to be happening in the present. Arrrgh!
For example:
"Would the 2013 UGA team be one of the top 5 teams in UGA history?"
"Could 2013 possibly be one of our Top 5 best teams?"
