Let's hope he's still available when Gus is fired in the next 12-24 Months.

If he was such a hot commodity he would have already been picked up...

You shut your whore mouth Luke, and go find a 5 year old thread to bump.

Any other great suggestions? I’m dying laughing here!

Keef said he’s showing no interest in other teams till momma comes calling

Yea I in no way want to hire Bill Clark

Thread title should’ve been Flanders not Keef. Keef doesn’t cover stuff like high school coaches potentially getting hired by colleges. That’s more of a Ron Sanders territory.

If you don’t get news from Keef Kneebur on all things Auburn, then you are not in the know E. Sorry, that’s just the cold hard truth.

He would win as many games as Gus.

God damn I want him at Auburn so bad.
It's the proven recipe for success. If the guy can win with nothing, he can be a contender with something. See: Urban, Franklin, Fleck, Peterson, etc.

They only played once, and Bill Clark got to that championship game on a rebuilding year, after losing four starters on the Oline, the top four receivers, and their QB. They also lost 10 of their top 14 tacklers and 5 of their top 6 sack leaders. They also had a ton of injuries, and STILL made it to the championship game.
He's been to two conference championships, and won one.
He's been to three bowl games, and won one.
UAB had never made it to the conference championship game, only been to one bowl game, and had only 3 winning seasons since becoming an FBS school until Bill Clark got there.
...bitch

You tell him bro.
shite, someone would have taken him but I’m betting his greatness intimidates a lot of AD’s.

Whoever started this thread should be required to re-watch every game Bill Clark has coached....even his HS teams.

It’s obvious you have a lot to learn about the greatness of Bill.
You also do not understand that when Keef gives info he is our only true insider.
I watched every available game online I could find and we are sooooooooo lucky he didn’t sign anywhere else. Let’s keep hoping we can still get him the next couple of years.

Unfortunately, it's probably because he's waiting for that Bama job. I haven't spoken to him personally about it, but I know he's a huge fan of Bama and Saban. The dude was obsessed with him when he was at LSU and Miami, and had him visit Prattville to recruit as soon as Saban got the Bama job. He has a nearly identical coaching style, too: No nonsense, preaches discipline, and focusing on "the little things." I've always said he's Saban lite (which means winning!)
