If a team has NFL-type talent at every positon, particularly at the pass rushing and coverage positions - yeah, it could be done.
Personally, I'd like to see the NCAA adopt the NFL rule regarding ineligible receivers downfield. It's 1 yard, not 3. Basically, lineman can't go downfield AT ALL during a pass. That change would help balance the scales a bit.
