And I gotta be honest he looks kinda average to me. A lot of his throws in his highlights the receivers had to wait on. Wasn’t really impressed.

Newman is 6’4” 230lb. Kid has wheels and nice deep ball, going to be a lot better than under throw from. Majority of jake’s passes the receivers were coming back towards LOS, need to hit them down field, in stride

I mean Wake Forest had 2 1,000 yards receivers. How many did UGA have?
UGA might have talent in areas but WR isn’t one of them. Just because they had 5 stars doesn’t mean they are 5 star players. See D. Robertson. Can’t catch a cold.

If the roles were reversed and Florida was trying to get Newman, Georgia fans would be trashing him for what he really is, an average qb.
