Carolina-Texas A&M Arkansas was the first East-West perm opponent when Carolina joined the SEC as they were both the newcomers, and it was a fairly even matchup with Ark leading 13 game to 10. I would think there is a little bit of bad blood in this one since A&M has won all 6 contests and also swiped the SC AD. Add that Muschamp was the heir apparent in Austin for a while and the whole statehouse stuff and you would think this is eventually going to brew into something.

I have absolutely no bad blood towards A&M. It’s a fake manufactured rivalry. I’d prefer to go back to playing Arkansas, we had just started forming some history with them.

A&M could win the next 6 in a row and I wouldn’t care beyond our football team being arse. I miss the pig bros we came here with

I miss the South Carolina game, too. There were some great ones. I also miss playing Tennessee annually.

That's the SEC I'll always love and remember from my college years.

Wouldn't it make sense to have SCAR go back to playing Arky and have A&M play Mizzou every year since they at least have some previous Big 12 history with each other?

The overarching question is tough for me because I understand the frustration from other teams in the conference, but as a Georgia fan a season without the DSOR is not a proper college football season. That game has to be played.

None of this was really a problem until we expanded to 14 teams.
