A head coach is just a glorified hype man - e.g., Dabo Swinney. As long as they can recruit and let the coordinators do their jobs (and if they're good coordinators), then that's a recipe for a solid program.

Im not tripping AT ALL. In fact, I guarantee you Pittman won't be fired anytime soon, something that isnt true about certain coaches on that list. I bet Pittman is still here in 5 years and half them dudes aren't. Gus won't even make it another 10 months, for instance.
