I think it comes down to what Fromm does. If he stays a 4th year we are going to maintain a 7-10 pt edge over Florida. If he leaves, Florida will be on par and maybe 3-7 pts better

Fromm's stock will never be higher and he'd have a chance to be the #2 QB taken, depending on how teams feel about Herbert. Next year there are at least 3-4 QB's who will be taken ahead of him. All of the Bama guys who will be returning would be taken ahead of him, and his stock would go way up. With that said, I don't see any way that Fromm leaves.
Kirby knows he'll be in for a beatdown in Tuscaloosa if Fromm were to leave.
