Firstly, Kotsar ain’t it. He is not a good big man. Too slow, can’t rebound, his defense is spotty.
Secondly, can frank coach? Does his system really work? He certainly can’t recruit, or motivate.
There is no good reason you lose to Stetson and your best player only plays 13 minutes. Even with his defensive issues, he is better at that, than Moss is playing offense. This team has potential but Martin coaches himself out of games, and clearly doesn’t prepare his teams for a majority of the OOC. What’s also weird is how Martin goes into his shell, and quits coaching certain games. I’ll be happy when he is gone.

Frank would be a good coach in the 90s or at a school like DePaul or St Johns.
But now with the game using a lot of analytics
It has passed him in terms of trying to get talent to a school that doesn’t support basketball
