POS was out driving like a maniac, running over cats, swerving into the oncoming traffic lane,

Is this true, or hearsay? I honestly have no care for this kid, for he is a POS, and this was well before the new charges have come to light. Now, if these statements of yours have truth, he continues to go way down my list.

He received 2 speeding tickets (20+ mph over, not on an interstate) and a reckless driving ticket (spinning tires, fishtailing, entering the opposing lane) in a 3 day span. There was also residue found in his car during one of the stops. He claimed he hit a cat.

Everything I wrote, came directly from articles quoting the recent police reports. I left out the drugs and paraphernalia found in the car, though.

People like him always get out with a slap on the wrist. It's sad to deal with. Two wonderful people lost their lives because of this shite stain and more will if he doesn't serve time.
