It was an actual dealer tag though. Does his brother own a car lot?

This is throwing me for a loop as well.

When they say “dealer tag” do they mean an actual dealer license plate, or a temporary tag? The way the article reads (officer was trying to see the expiration date) makes me think it was just a temporary paper tag. If that’s the case, it makes complete sense to me that his brother would have bought him a car.

However, it DOESN’T make sense for a scholarship RB to be driving around at 1 AM with no license, smoking weed, with an open bottle of Hennessy in the car. Objectively, it’s pretty dumb on the kid’s part. It happens everywhere but that doesn’t make it any less dumb.

I'm currently test driving cars, a few in ATL and not one dealership has an expiration date on the dealers tag.
