As a Dolphins fan, I am pissed the Dolphins didn’t suck more this year

Hate missing on Burrow. He’s gonna be an elite NFL QB soon.

Truly trying to take my homerism out of the equation here, but I really think he translates to the NFL QUICKLY.
I just don't see a true flaw that NFL DCs are going to be able to exploit early like they do with other rookies
Not saying he has NO flaws, but he just seems solid all the way around

The only thing they can do is try to throw looks at him that he hasn’t seen. But That’ll be short lived cuz once he sees them he figures them out.

Cincy is gonna have 10+ teams offering the farm to move up. What a year to have the first pick.

shite ,he's getting NFL level coaching now and it resulted in probably the biggest turnaround in the outlook of a prospect ever. That bodes well. Just hope he doesn't get in a shitty place that refuses to build around him.

Sure seems that way. Auburn, Bama, and UGA threw some crazy stuff his way...and it usually took a few plays to make them adjust

Bengals fan here, so nervous we’re gonna screw up and win some games at the end.

Yep, they are playing really competitive football right now despite their overall record. The Giants could easily end up with the 1# overall pick.

The Giants may end up with that pick when it's all said & done which would make the draft season real interesting.

I’m on a Bengals message board with a lot of OSU homers who want us to take Young at one so they’re hoping that’s the case but I’m all in on Burrow. Sadly, the Dolphins and Browns are both winnable games for us. Need the Giants to win tomorrow.

I'm with you on wanting the #1 pick but just taking Young or Burrow doesn't help the Bengals much. That roster is poor & the only good players are about to leave this offseason in free agency. Honestly, if the Bengals end up #1, they should seriously consider trading out of that spot because I get the feeling there will be several teams offering a kings ransom worth of draft picks for that spot. The Bengals need quality young players & young depth badly. You do that with a surplus of draft picks.

His receivers won't be as wide open in the NFL and his Oline won't give him forever to throw. With that being said, he'll still be a great, possibly elite QB in the NFL.

Oh I know but Burrow is a hell of a start. We need to listen to all offers but I don’t see Mike Brown trading the number one pick. I don’t see Mike Brown doing anything, honestly. Every year is “the year” that they’re gonna spend in free agency but they never do and they never will. He’s a very bad owner, worst in pro sports IMO.

Game speed will be much different, but I think he will adjust fairly quickly

This is dumb. His ball placement is as good as I've seen from any college QB. His pocket presence, footwork & legs are what allows him to buy time by extending plays.

That's the biggest problem right there. Brown doesn't give the franchise an opportunity to thrive. He held on Marvin Lewis & Andy Dalton way too long. He is also cheap when it comes to free agency but it doesn't help that the franchise has the reputation as being mismanaged & a place where careers to to die.

It’s so frustrating especially when his kids are next in line to take over, I hope they’re not like him but I don’t have much hope. I think his dad would shake his head at a lot of the decisions made.

Burrow should seriously consider pulling a John Elway or Eli Manning in order to avoid being drafted by the Bengals but since he is from Ohio, he probably won’t

As a Saints fan, I know the frustration. We endured the losing & mismanagement for a very long time. You can only hope that when the time comes, the kids clean house & hire better front office staff members. So many fans don't realize just how much poor front office's effect the outcomes on the field of play.
