bullshite take. MLB will not let teams operate at or anywhere near a loss for fear of bankruptcy. Owners can't just pump hundreds of millions of their own cash in. Only a handful of teams even have the media deals and income to do anything near what the Dodgers are doing, but none are on par.

Their media deal income, combined with the ability to defer money and guarantee it's availability by setting it aside and letting it grow, is unfair from a competitive balance standpoint and has to go.
