Yeah, I was walking through the hall the other day, and realized my class will be with the Dean. That's pretty cool on your part though.

I haven't taken Castillo, but several of my classmates have. I have heard good things.

I had Dr. Lanz from USC write me a letter of recommendation when I applied, and he said there have been a few students to go from USC to the Bush School. I think there are two of us right now.

I think it’s the best option.

It may not have the networking opportunities as some of its peers in DC but it is so much more cost effective - in terms of tuition and cost of living.

Plus, I know a few that never stepped foot in DC. Used the A&M connection to find the sweet spot of being able to find a job with our degree but in Houston or another TX city.

I wish I had been able to land such a job.

Eta: I always enjoyed watching the foreign students or American students from smaller schools immediately embrace A&M and its cult and its love of college football. I had to explain to them that I already belonged to a similar cult about 1000 miles away.
