We know Hunter went to Boca, Boone, New Orleans, Terrell, Pullman-Boise area.
We know the early signing period is about a week away.
We know that if we had a coach signed and he was not coaching in a conf champ game, he would have already been announced to get every Minute possible in recruiting.
In conclusion: we know that Hunter is not going to hire someone he did not interview.
The next coach will be Lane, Norvell, or Drinkwitz or Harsin.

Occam's Razor says that since the last three hires were out of left field (Nobody suspected Petrino or Bielema, and very few people suspected Morris), it is simplest to assume that this hire will be someone out of left field or someone few expect.

this is exactly why I think Norvell is still in play. He's been an afterthought since the Kiffin to Ark/OM and Norvell to FSU rumors started. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if we landed him.

Disagree.
One too many assumptions. You're assuming that this hire, with a new director unconnected to these previous three hires, will run this search the same way these others have.
Occam's Razor: a principle. When explaining a thing, no more assumptions should be made than are necessary.
Doesn't even really apply to this. There is no explanation. We are speculating on a future event.
TLDR - It's Kiffin.
