What if a school call him for a HC job? I mean can it happened? Yes but more likely not.

Not an exact parallel, but Lincoln Riley is not too far from this scenario and he got a premier gig at Oklahoma.
Sean McVay got the Rams job at 30 and took them to the Superbowl at 31 . . . so it definitely happens.
