Yes. I think we’ll see more of that going forward. If you know it’s not the guy in the middle of year 2, stop the bleeding and move on. We should have fired Kim Anderson after one year.

Amen. You do yourself no favors keeping someone that you know can't do the job on the payroll. Plus, with the early signing period in football, pulling the trigger early to get a jump on the coaching search might become more common place.
