Missouri State just came through with a $6,750 per year scholarship. I'd say take the ACT again, but it looks like that'll only increase $ from OOS schools.

Yup. I can assure you unless it’s a 35-36 on the ACT, Mizzou isn’t going to shell out any more than they offered already.
With that said, the state of Missouri gives a “Bright Flight” scholarship if you score a 30 or above, so that’s worth considering.
