Bama is a lot thinner on D than previous teams. Attrition and injuries have taken a toll.
The concept of "Eye Test" is very ambiguous but their case was how good that O can be with Tua at full go. Unfortunately that is off the table now.
I'm not saying Alabama is not a legit Top 10 team or their program is in shambles but this year this is not a monster like 2011 that had no major weaknesses.

Eye test means Bama has won every game they won by 19 points or more. No other one loss team is close to that and Bama lost to the current #1 team by 5 points
