Losing 30+ players in one year definitely makes an impact. Especially when Chad's first class had like 14 guys and a bunch of them left too.

None of those 30 were much of a disappointment when they left (except to me, the RB Maleek Williams?). They would have provided some depth, but wouldn't have improved the current situation we are talentwise.
