Finebaum: Bama must win to make playoff. LSU can lose and still make it. Bama

Fatigue. Plus committee is sensitive to complaints about Alabama making playoffs every year. That's the Tide's cross to bear for past success.

I do not think that an 11-1 LSU or alabama is going to make the CFP over 12-1 PAC12 Champ or a 12-1 Big12 champ.

Pretty sure he said because yall ain't played nobody. Personally o think things fall were they are both in as long as it's a close game and no catastrophic injuries to either team the rest of the way.

Agreed but I do think it is very possible for those two conferences to have 2 loss champs.

I hope Finebaum chokes on a hot dog and dies.

So why bother playing the game...LSU should forfeit handing Bama the West while resting players for the CFP by missing the SEC championship game. Can’t believe Finebaum didn’t come u with this plan himself.

If 2-loss teams win the PAC12 and Big12, then of course an 11-1 non SEC champ bama/LSU can make it.

I think if Bama loses to LSU, Auburn beats them.
If Bama beats LSU, they will beat Auburn.
Bama will completely check out if they don’t make the playoffs

Yeah, blame it on this and not your laughably pitiful schedule

I don't think so. Saban would not let that happen. We on the other hand have a history of collapsing after a defeat to bama. I hope we dont have to worry about that though as we leave t-twon with a victory.

but if Alabama beats LSU, and LSU had the toughest schedule ever, then I guess that counts for something.
That aside, is it because LSU played Texas that makes some of you goofy frickers think LSU will have played a tougher schedule by the end of the regular season? You do realize they are currently 5&3 and 3rd in their conference. Right?

It’s called strength of schedule. Even the Ohio state homer agreed with it.

I like Paul. But he is starting to piss me off.

Yeah we should have scheduled Duke instead

Well we've played the Aggies who beat y'all the last time out. And we are about to play the # 1 ranked club in America and then go to Auburn to play them. Little late to wish injury luck for us. We've lost 5 for the season and don't know about the QB. But we'll show up.

Well we're only one of a small group of D-1 clubs that get to face the number one ranked club in America. But hey you guys earned it. And then go to Auburn where they rarely lose.

Florida is the difference. Although, Texas is better then Duke.
