Going to be in College station for the game Saturday.
Any suggestions on tailgates/things to see before the game?

It would be my second trip out there in like 3 or 4 years.

Will you be with anyone? Not hard to find a tailgate, grab a 6 pack and start walking around. I'd eat at coco loco/Torchys/Fuego (listed in order of least crowded) and then uber to campus. 11am for UTSA isn't great.
After the game, you can head back home for a quick nap/decent meal before NG, or if you want to keep it rolling, head to Chimys for food and other games.
If its a day trip and you're driving back home after, my breakfast suggestion stands, but I would go to the MSC, look around until the march in, and hang out with tailgaters in that area until the game starts.
