Lets see. Mullen's first yr. he lost more than he won. Following years he gained. Even had us ranked #1 for the first time ever. A few nervous laughs on the sidelines? Don't recall but better than little to no emotion on the sidelines now, what I see from moosehead is fake. Too much of a offensive technician to be a head coach IMHO. when promoted, as in business, one goes from indian to chief, not head indian. I also think that Mullen might have had even more success if he had devoted all his attention to being head coach rather than split his duties.

Go back and look at the tape of Mullen's last game against Ole Miss. The only emotion was Mullen and Grantham laughing together on the sideline every time we turned the ball over or got penalized for a late hit.

I probably didn't explain myself sell enough. My point was that Mullen & Grantham quit doing any real coaching before the season ended. They continued to accept their paychecks, so they should have continued putting in the work.
