re: What is the consensus on Fromm?

Shortish so low snaps take away his advantage of reading a D. Smaller hands so adverse weather or pressure have a greater effect on him than others. Not overly athletic so he is more sensitive to pressure. Average arm but plays well with in it. Hits open receivers but lacks the confidence to consistently throw in coverage. That's the negative.

Positive are he plays well within his limitations. Is a solid game manager that isnt going to make bad decisions.

Conclusion:
Would be an asset as a clipboard holder because of his ability to read defenses at the next level. Was both hampered by his time at UGA developmentally and put in the spotlight because he is great fit for a team that doesn't expect a QB to win games.
