One thing you’d better get ready for if Dabo is the next guy: it’s in his coaching DNA for having worked with Tommy Bowden and Bill Curry. There’s going to be that one game a year where Mississippi State or Missouri or even Vanderbilt just wears our arse out and we come away with an ugly loss or a skin of your teeth win. It’s an annual event with Dabo. The yearly WTF game. See Clemson vs UNC for example.

Bryant was more about personality and spanned decades.

Saban basically has patented his "process."
Everyone's trying to duplicate by hiring his assistants, only Kirby has come close.
Saban would be the only person to be able to know which assistant could duplicate it the closest.
