Weird, I never go on Bama message boards.

quote:

Just billboards for you guys.

Our billboard was to support one of our players and was put in Birmingham where the SEC is. The Bama billboard was paid for with funds falsely claimed for charity, were put in BR, and talked about hanging half a hundred on LSU.

Any other examples of Bama fans clearly being obsessed with LSU?

Add this fine young Bama man to the list of ridiculous shite we hear about every year out of Tuscaloosa. Send this terrorist to Gitmo.

Gumps are the trashiest fans in all of the country.

They never disappoint

I heard the story from someone who was there. It was at a fraternity retreat and this kid was a pledge. One of the announcers made a comment about clearing the stadium out and one of the actives made a joke to him about calling in a bomb threat. So this pledge did it. Hour later cops are swarming the place and this kid gets taken to Baton Rouge. He is fricked

This is almost exactly what I was speculating had happened in the other thread. The sentence for this can be as much as 15 years. What a dumbfrick.

Sounds like there was more than one drunk college kid.

Seems like a stupid college kid thing unless he has a history of threats. If no history, teach him a lesson but one he can learn and recover from.

Lmmfao...
Are you seriously comparing billboards to a bomb threat?
I can’t stop laughing...
Your football teams have been great, your fans have been ignorant morons...

Someone should call one in to Starkville so we don't have to take the field on Saturday.

Wow that kid is donning a popped collar. Must be high fashion in t-town. Wonder if he got that shirt at T-Town Men's Wear? I heard a lot of Alabama football players "shop" there.

Damn, trying to be funny is really going to cost this guy. I’m sure it was a bunch of guys drinking, watching football, and they thought it would be funny. Well at least I hope it was just a drunk joke.
Either way they might just break it off in his arse. The authorities don’t find this stuff funny, and might make an example out of him to prevent future calls.
Any idea what the University might do to him? They might throw the book at him also.

He almost assuredly expelled. Dude went through almost all of pledgeship and now he is out. God knows how much money his parents wasted.

At some point your brain cells have to kick in and think: This is probably a bad idea.
He will probably be made an example of.
The consequences of this action could potentially cause great monetary damage as well as a safety issue for a stadium with 100k people in it.

Geez. I understand it’s serious and I’m sure details will be made available later, but if just trying to be funny you could almost feel sorry for the guy. It will definitely change his life, no matter what intentions he had.

I just read the post about why he may have called.

I'm sure that sexual predator who rubbed his balls against the skin of another man thought he was being hilarious too.

You can't give crazy people an inch in these cases. This is a gateway crime.
