Incorrect on all counts. It is exactly the same thing. One, they are not the same "job". If that was the case there would be no mens or womens. Just soccer.
Two, the argument the women's soccer team is making will be almost the exact argument any complainant will make in college athletics.

As an aside it has been proven that women are getting a higher percentage of the revenue vs what they are bringing in so once again the entire myth of the so called "gender paygap" is blown away by the harsh reality of the free market.

Yes they are. Same size field, same time length, both are the top level of their sex, and I don't think FIFA allows females to play on the men's team.

But that really doesn't have much to do with the law.
