Sadly, I'll never get to experience this. Well, maybe...

When I was a freshman these two Gator fans just about got into a fight in the stands. I don't recall what the conflict was but I vividly remember one of the guys barking at the other "are you a Gator or a Nole? Cuz you're acting like a Nole." So fricking cheesy.

I gotta say, my lone experience at Death Valley for a UF-LSU game was pretty tame. I was expecting far worse but I had a great time. Of course, I'm also not a jackass so that probably helped.

The answer to this and the entire thread is that this is the sec. you’re not going to find unsafe or extremely rude environments inside the stadium.....sans individual pockets.

When Oklahoma admins write to the newspapers that the Alabama fans were as classy as could be (granted, a long time ago) you’ve got a positive reputation situation.

Of all the places, Hawaiians truly hate mainlanders and it shows in the local business, radio and yes, inside their stadium. It gets borderline bizarre in there with the amount of intolerance they have for anyone not Hawaiian.

ETA. As for the LSU situation. LSU prolly didn’t invent good natured ribbing, but damn near perfected it.
