I saw a lot of no calls on holding against A&M’s OL which played some part in not getting to Mond.

The refs are never an excuse. Ask Brown. They played absolutely horrible.

They did miss several obvious holdings as Mond slipped the pocket.

Play through it. We had four dead ball penalties. They played like arse and are a liability preventing our defense from being great.

Huh? Our pass rush was seriously awesome in the first half. Was nonexistent late due to quick passes for the most part.

I don’t remember a single sack all night long except for Brown’s. Brown might as well be our best pass rusher.

I think we went in with the mindset to contain Mond from running and we did just that. We made him play with his arm, only problem is he did start beating us with his arm late in the game. They also had nearly 3x the pass attempts we had.

If we include Nick Coe as a pass rusher, we actually had 5 offsides penalties.

No it's the announcers fault for saying we lined up offsides every play.

We got pretty good pressure on him though...at least until they started doing the quick pass

I forgot about the other Brown sack and Truesdell’s but still, we need some pressure from the edge.
DB and Truesdell do a good job moving the line back but that’s where we need speed rushers.

Penalties were bad but there were 3 sacks, 7TFL, 4 pass deflections and 7 QB hurries. 99% of that was the DL.

Our DTs are stout.
Just checked:
Big Kat Bryant and TD combined for 4 offsides penalties, 0 tackles, 0 passes broken up, and 4 QBH.
Coe had 1 solo tackle, 2 assisted tackles, one TFL. one penalty, no sacks, 0 QBH.
