I’m pushing 50 and had never in my life heard the Aggie is gay narrative until I became a member of this website
Honest truth, my whole life everyone’s always joked about gay longhorns. It’s their liberal culture going back to them avoiding military service
I think they projected it on A&M as a way to try to remove the stigma they carried

It actually doesn’t. We’ve been accused of hating gay people for our entire existence. Which is wrong. Until our SEC affiliation, we were never characterized as a light in the loafers way
