NCAA isn't a "league" like the NFL and the NFL minimum is $480,000. That's a ton of autograph sessions and jerseys sold.

This is just the first domino. They will not be the last state to pass this kind of legislation. The genie is out of the bottle as far as compensation for amateur athletes is concerned. When all is said and done the discussion around "amateurism" and compensation will fundamentally change the dynamics of college football off the field.
