I’m very grateful for us winning 6 in a row over Bama.
(Aka from my 6th grade year to my first year of college)

But Tuberville was an average coach that beat a below average Bama many of those years.

Which goes back to my other thread where I said I like better beating teams when they’re obnoxious and proud.

Yeah, I mean Gus drives me mad. But he is also the only coach to even beat Saban who is still in the SEC at this point.

During a historic (and sickening) run, we have at least tagged them a few times.

None of that means he needs to keep his job, mind you. But it is important to note Tubbs never dealt with that.

Tubs also played GA when Richt was coaching them. He had a winning rcd against him.

Gus has played more top 10 teams than Tubs..here is 1 little tidbit...

Tuberville coached against only 3 top 3 teams in 10 seasons while Malzahn has coached against 9 top 3 teams in only five-plus seasons.
