For the record, I think assigning no blame to him for last year is ignorant as well as assigning all of/most of the blame.

I believe most of us would agree with you.

He did not inherit the '85 Chicago Bears but Morris should have won more then 2 games last year. There was some questionable play calling at best combined with the usual dose of Arkansas bad luck and we didn't do nearly as well as we should have. On the other hand we were lacking in not only talent but gumption last year. The team gave up early and often.

Put me in the not quite gruntled community. I'm not disgruntled, but I am certainly not gruntled either. I will give him this year and, unless we completely tank the rest of the season, next year. But I expect results sooner rather then later.

As long as we see progress I think most of us can live with Chad's quirks.

I think most fit in that range, there are just a few extreme posters on both sides. I know some post on here after a bad showing and are venting a little as well. Don't blame them for that.

This upcoming Ole Miss game was always going to be telling for me. At the very least I need to see the offense show up. That doesn't mean we have to score a ton of points but at least show we are capable of being a big threat. For me, even a close loss would buy him some more time but if we go out there and look a lost in a multiple possession loss, it will take awhile for Chad to get me back on his side.
