If Clemson were in the SEC east: 1: UGA-8-0 2: CU-7-1 3: UF-5-3. This year.

As it is they have a 2 game schedule to win it all since they in essence have an SEC roster about on equal with LSU. But they have a big time staff, as good as any. And can game plan all year when it becomes sort of obvious who they are gonna be faced with in the playoffs. Venables is dynamite. What if he winds up at Alabama?

Georgia has no answer for Lawrence, Ross, Higgins, and Etienne. Clemson wins going away

UGA has explosive speed on the edge on defense and the best gamer in the country at QB playing behind the best OL in America with the best GROUP of RB's. CU has a QB and some SEC top level receivers and a strong SEC type OL. But their DL lost all those seniors they managed to keep through their senior years. UGA would hang about 30 or more on them. Shame Clemson is not in the east.

no way Lawrence is almost as good as Burrow. Burrow is the GOAT.

Clemson is the best team in the country.
Yes, their schedule is weak but that doesn’t change how good they are

Clemson had close calls last year against Syracuse and Aggy.
It's not at all inconceivable that they would end up with at least one loss if they played in the SEC East instead of the ACC.
ETA: Updated post due to Google fail
It's all hypothetical anyway so it's not like this can be proven either way.

last year Clemson blew out NCSU.
The previous two years were close.
The last two games with Cuse, Clemson's starting QB got knocked out of the game and Bryant started the game with a sprained ankle so he was limited.

As much as it pains me to take up for Dabo; he is light years ahead of Kirby in game planning and game day coaching. Not to mention a better recruiter.

You are correct. I asked Google to show me 2018 and it showed me 2017 instead.
Definite close call against Aggy last year. But more a case of Clemson letting them back in the game late as they had a 15 point lead to start the 4th.
At any rate, point still stands. One loss against a SEC schedule isn't inconceivable but it's not something we can prove.
Clemson would make a fine addition to the SEC but we all know that's never going to happen.

Looks like you get a dunce cap, too. It takes about 1 minute to check their post history, but you just prefer jumping to conclusions.

Georgia wins at home...and close to 50% of the time at Clemson.
It doesn't matter how good Clemson is...UGA o-w-n-s Clemson. Can't wait for this to go back to home & home again.
