Saban has never beaten a 9-3 or better Auburn team. There’s no talking off the ledge in this one. They beat A&M and we will get every bit of game we can handle. Not sure if this Bama team is mentally ready.

Alabama is actually very good at stopping the run this year, 6th in the nation and only give up 87 yards a game. Tennessee and Ole Miss, two of the best teams in the country at running the ball, couldn't run very well against the Tide.

Ole Miss pretty much shut down Auburn's offense the 2nd half of the game.

If Bama can shut down Auburn's run game, I'll take the very slim chance that Nix can beat Bama by passing the ball.

Well at least Bama will head to the Barn with a FG kicker unlike Cade Foster.

It is going to be a real struggle to beat AU at their place.

But the only thing that matters is Beat LSU

Good year to rectify that.

Since the current run started in 2008 Bama is 9-4 vs AU, 3-3 at JH. Bama can't help it if AU is at their best only a few times in 13 years. Those 4 losses include 3 of AU's best teams in their history and each was assisted with a lot of good fortune. The guess is that their good luck has run out. It's helped them before vs UGA at JH but did not appear this year as UGA boat-raced them. Typically, AU is ordinary at JH vs P5 competition; something like 65-70% since 2008.
