Cool then it is definitely Jerious Norwood for State and Todd Gurley for UGA if Pro Career is included

Lewis tore his knee up in college, and then again after his rookie year, and still came back to rush for 2,000 the following season.
And the OP says pro career not included.
There is 0 debate to be had. I would rank Foster behind Travis Stephens and Travis Henry as well. Kamara would also be ahead had he not played for an irl retard.
