They keep coming up with new names; African-American, People of Color, etc. Does this help the fact that 75% of black children are born without fathers present? Black males make up 35.4 percent of the jail and prison population — even though they make up less than 10 percent of the overall U.S population. Four percent of U.S. black males were in jail or prison last year, compared to 1.7 percent of Hispanic males and .7 percent of white males.

Changing names won’t help, only taking responsibility will.

How about we start by just agreeing we should not call people pejorative names?

You are almost three times as likely to be poor if youre black than if youre white. The rate for fatherless children, education, prison population ties almost exactly with the rates of poverty. The problem isnt your race its your level of income
