Holy crap. I think I kind of agree with Montgomery Hill. A&M is not great right now, we are just pretty good. Hopefully that changes soon, but for now - we aren't great.
And the BIG12 is trash. I prefer the BIG12 is dogshit, but trash is close enough. Very hard to get a BIG12 person to admit this obvious fact, proud of you Monty.
Now don't get too excited if you win 10 games this year. That would mean you lost to okie & lsu - and beat a bunch of JV teams.

Yeah and don't forget the big 12 will do everything possible to get their back. Don't want any horns down to hurt their players feelings

It doesn't matter.
It is the perception. 10-2 Texas looks great.
Nebraska in the 1980's is the perfect example.
As much as A&M hates to admit it they were outmaneuvered.
Texas will and can play in a big bowl game every year even in an average year.
Big 12 being trash is actually a benefit for Texas.
