Only Kentucky (18), Georgia (1), Florida (5), Arkansas (7), Auburn (1), LSU (4), Mississippi St.(1), and South Carolina (1) have ever reached the Final Four in their histories.

Since 1993...

Kentucky (9 times)
Arkansas (3 times)
Florida (5 times)
Miss.St., LSU, SCar, and Auburn (all 1 time)

Womens basketball has been dominated by the SEC. ESPN recruiting for Uconn skewed that data but top to bottom the SEC has been tops in WBB since the 1980's. For basketball Final Fours is a solid base for conference depth and pretty much all the SEC teams have made at least 1.

While SEC men may not be the alpha they are certainly not the omega either!

MCBB Final Fours
17 Kentucky
6 Arkansas 9some were in the old SWC, but Natty in SEC)
5 Florida
4 LSU
1 Auburn
1 Georgia
1 Mississippi State
1 South Carolina

So over half the conference has at least 1 Final Four, how many other conferences can claim this?

Baseketball doesn't follow the normal tournament routes. They go by a point system like soccer and then they do a round robin and finally best of 5. That's what makes baseketball so great. Literally the best of both worlds
