He's probably going through the NCAA bylaws right now to try and make a counter argument to the NCAA forcing Wade to consent to acquiring the tapes. The NCAA will find a way to get them. He (and the rest of the LSU fans) is naive in thinking the NCAA will just ignore that those tapes exist.

Luckily Wade doesn't have an "attorney" like you representing him, so he'll kindly tell the NCAA to frick off bc they have no grounds to force him to consent to anything with regard to FBI evidence.

Well if you're going to argue with him you can at least read about the statute yourself so you know where he's coming from. Seems more productive than just screaming they're wrong.

You give yourself away daily, man. It's ok, I was a 1L once upon a time as well and thought I knew everything. We've all been there buddy. But you really do need to walk away from this. But it's as if you've dug your heels in so deep you don't know when to walk away. I promise it's ok to admit you were mistaken. If you want to think Will Wade will eventually go down, fine, but to continue to argue the same nonsense is a really poor look for someone pretending to be a lawyer.

I've made like 3 post in this thread.
1) He looks like he's trying to form a reasoned answer to a serious question, that doesn't mean he's guilty of anything.
