I know this is blasphemy being a local. But between Creature, Akademia and Terrapin from a local craft beer.
Give me
1. Creature
2. Akademia
3. Terrapin.
I am not a hoppy beer guy so maybe their IPA's are great but not to my taste, but I am more a Pilsner or (Yes make fun) a Wit Beir type. Like Athena...

Wheat, Lagers, Pils and Kolschs.....IPAs are all nearly undrinkable for me. I cant for the life of me understand the bad rap for wheat beer. And why don't any breweries do a Dunkelweizen?
Theres a brewery down the road from me that does an Irish Stout that is out of this world also....not a lot great stouts in my opinion but Irish Death is excellent.....
A person could become a serious drunk in the Pacific Northwest between the great beer and world class wine. You can't sling a dead cat around here without hitting a vineyard....
