Exactly, the government didn’t want them to turn it into a “everyone’s doing it,” and “feel bad for the players” type argument. Take a look at the motions that they filed to preclude their testimony.

NCAA will be out for blood, especially at a place like LSU. They won't get the protection a real blue blood gets. Miller I think skates, but Wade is far from in the clear.

Yeah, if anything, it may speed up the info being passed on to the NCAA.

I still think the only way Wade avoids serious NCAA violations is the FBI / Attorney General somehow keeping verified transcripts from the NCAA.

Hard to see how or why they would do that with all the publicity surrounding this scandal though it may take a long time.
