The NCAA is not a Court of Law

They do not have to prove anything without a shadow of a doubt, they are the judge AND the jury, and as past cases have proven do not have to act in a fair or logical manner.

The NCAA is inconsistent...deal with it.

Is Will Wade on tape making damn strong offers to freshman econ majors? That's the difference. UNC was able to prove that their class, while complete horseshite, was offered to and attended by non-athletes as well.

Nope...that's the thing...there is no stand. The NCAA doesn't need a court of law to act. They can take action as they please, since they are the sanctioning body.
