The death of the Old Barn as it was called. I use to put oil on the bottom of my shoes when I went there, because the floors were sticky all the time going up the ramps. I use to go there all the time back in the 70's as a young teenager to watch the ABA games with our Spirit of St. Louis basketball team. Marvin Barnes, Fly Williams and big Moses Malone. 
Bob Costas was our play-by-play man.

I only remember the Blues played there a few years until Kiel Center was built. I wish today’s arenas had the character of the old places like that.
