I dont know how much better Alabama would be if Avery stopped playing his son, but they'd be better that's for sure. The fact he's received double digit minutes in 5 SEC games this year is completely laughable. He's a mediocre walk on for a power conference program and Avery plays him alike a rotational player

And this is in his THIRD year there, why the hell does he still play him so much?

To be fair, our other option for his minutes is a walk on who would maybe be a decent role player in the Big South but is not a SEC player. I still think he'd give us just as much or more than JR does and he's never even been given a shot.

However, the fact that those are our 2 options and that we haven't had any other roster depth issues like that at any other position is..........suspect, given the relationship status of the backup PG and the coach.
