Not even a tiny bit.
If you understood the meanings behind the traditions, and you experienced them with some of the best friends you’ve ever had, you’d be nostalgic over ‘em.

I completely understand that others don’t get it; but they’re not meant to.
Our traditions are meant for us, and we could not care less what others think.
I swear that’s not meant to sound obnoxious, it’s simply the truth.
We’ve never been interested in being like everyone else, and we never will be.

It was an amazing university to attend, and it’s equally meaningful being a part of the Former Students’ Aggie Network.
But I enjoy a good chuckle at others’ reactions—it’s fun.

I get what you are saying. You hear the same reasoning from former cult members. If they leave they feel loss and have nostalgic thoughts about being apart of something.
