'Pulling out' as it's referred to in OP's tweet is the act of an underclassmen in the A&M corps of cadets taking upperclassmen's privileges. This typically includes using the wildcat of the class above their own.

It's pretty boring stuff dressed up with attention grabbing terms: pulling out, hump it and red arse. All these sayings mean pretty tame things in practice but the terms given to them by the corps of cadets were put in place (at the time) by an all male military school. So you can imagine the type of humor that might have come from such an environment.

Non-regs (or non corps of cadets A&M students), which are the vast majority of the A&M student population, do not generally use these terms but are often aware of their meanings.

I appreciate you explaining what is, hilariously, another “tradition” in a long, long line of weird and eerie things that make aggy what they are.
It’s a never ending rabbit hole of dork.
