A couple of days ago, I applied for membership on each team's board one after the other.
The message for each of them was identical, except for the team's name. When asked to state my case for admission, I stated that I was a lifelong admirer of (place team's name here).
Of course, I've been a member of the Alabama group for a while so they are not included.
Out of the 12 team boards that I applied to, only Vanderbilt, Texas A&M, and South Carolina accepted my requests.
These three fan-bases represent all that is right with college football. Thanks again.

I had to message one of the Vol posters so that he could inform the Tennessee mod to check the requests. Sometimes they go unchecked for a while. I applied for access to the Vandy board a couple weeks ago and they accepted me only yesterday.

ETA: you'll find our board quite entertaining. Threads have a tendency to veer waaaaaay off topic in the most bizarre ways. And we do occasionally fight..quite viciously at times..among ourselves.
