Good point also.
Although he was abandoning one sinking ship since Barkley is pretty much what made people think Franklin and Moorhead were any good. With Barkley leaving Joe needed to cash in on that rep.
I don’t know what he did to Fitz but I’ve never seen an upperclassman QB regress so much in one year. And I sat through four frickin years of Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson
