Well, if you weren't looking to be smart, I apologize. I think Saban has flaws, like any human, but people forget that these are just kids attempting to replicate the scheme on the field. Easier said than done. Sometimes, you get your arse slapped.

I wouldn't call them flaws, just the difference between the two coaches. Could Belichick duplicate what Saban has done in college ? Will never know, but we do know Saban's history in the NFL.
The discussion should be if Saban success is his game planning or implementing the game planning vs talent. I do not think Belichick has had the luxury of the most talented teams in the NFL every year.
